Pauline Parry has been in the catering business for 30 years. She started her company Good Gracious because she wanted her parties to be filled with food, fun and love. I had the pleasure of meeting Pauline and her staff on a recent visit to her business and I just loved her! She shared with me the joys of starting her business back in 1985 after moving to California from England. Since then, she has happily served many clients over the years, received awards and has been published, but doesn't stop there. She continues to create impeccable food for every event filled with love.

I had the pleasure of having her fabulous food on a few occasions and it was incredible!

Here I have featured her Chicken Picatta with Capers, Baby Mix Salad with Pomegranate, Stilton English Blue Cheese and Spicy Carmelized Pecans with a Herb Bread Stick.

Serra Plaza | New Orange County Wedding Venue in San Juan Capistrano

You are going to love Serra Plaza! If you are a bride still looking for a wedding venue in Orange County, then you must go and check out Serra Plaza in San Juan Capistrano, CA.

I was recently invited to attend a wedding vendor brunch at Serra Plaza and it was MARVELOUS! I had the opportunity to tour the new venue and was amazed at how beautiful this plaza was. It is just the perfect backdrop for sharing your vows.

The bride can walk across the beautiful hallway for all the guests to see, then stroll down the staircase to her groom.

Serra Plaza has many gorgeous amenities to accommodate you and your guests. I loved the old church pews around the fountain (you can have chairs if you want, but the pews make it). Oh and don't forget the outdoor stone fireplace for cocktail hour. There is also going to be a new bridal suite for you, so you can get ready in style!!!

Serra Plaza is located near the Historic Los Rios District and very close to The Mission San Juan Capistrano. As a wedding photographer in Orange County, I can tell you that this is a wonderful area for your wedding photography. So many photo ops!!

Great Orange County Wedding Venues: Hilton Anaheim & Anaheim White House

Congratulations to Mike and Maggie on their marriage. We are so happy for the two of you as you begin your lives together. What a special day! We started off at the Hilton Anaheim where the couple was staying and getting ready. Mike and Maggie decided to do a First Look near the hotel & convention center before the ceremony. Jeff and I love doing First Looks because it gives the couple a chance to have a moment just for the two of them as they see each other for the first time right before for the wedding. This moment is so full of surprise and love between them and we just love to capture that! A First Look allows the couple to feel a little more relaxed going into the ceremony. It also gives you another photo op for your wedding photography. Here is Mike and Maggie's First Look!

After a few photos with the bride and groom, we then brought out the wedding party party and did a few pre-ceremony shots with them. Here were a couple of our favorites.

Maggie with her Flower Girl & Junior Bridesmaid...those girls were posing! I loved all of their off white dresses.

The guys were rockin' their Abbey Road pose! Loved the chocolate brown tuxedos!

After all of the fun at the Hilton Anaheim we then headed off to the Anaheim White House for the ceremony and reception. This was our first time photographing at this Orange County Wedding Venue. The Anaheim White House turned out to be a beautiful back drop for Mike and Maggie to say their vows.

Pixie's Petals | Orange County Wedding Floral Design

Recently, we had the pleasure of doing a portrait session with Leslie of Pixie's Petals. Pixie's Petals specializes in floral design for Weddings & Events in the Orange County and Los Angeles areas. This florist does some great work, so please stop by and check her out when you are looking for the flowers for your next event!

Leslie is so great to work with. She has a fun personality and is very easy-going! I just loved doing the shoot with her and collaborating our art forms with each other. She included a fabulous bouquet in her photos, to show her brand of being a florist. It was gorgeous! The flowers included: Roses, Gladiolas, Succulents and Ti Leaves.
